Yeah, I guess this kind of news doesn't normally require its own thread but he was one of my best friends growing up and while we were in college and still try to keep in touch regularly.

Probably my favorite defensive player at MSU.
He never quit on the ball.

He is deceptively fast.
His motor never quits.
He has great knowledge of the game.

He was a killer for us. Had to be the most athletic LB in the league when he played.

He always reminded me a lot of Josh Morgan except much much bigger. He just had a nose to be where the play was and was a tackle machine.

Dead on. I will NEVER forget the time he ran down the Houston WR along the sideline in Starkville back in 09. I was like, yikes, that is one big fast white boy.
