Why would you delete this thread? Pretty good topic IMO.

Great read. :cheers

Craig definitely should have taken advantage of the opportunity if Fisher wasn't bright enough to change the calls.

Again, I blame FSU for not changing anything. Almost cost them.

Yes, they had all of our signals for the first half. That's why the first and second halves were like night and day.

Another reason why most coaches don't even give their defensive coaches the offensive playbook so that they don't frick them over when they leave.

Did stealing plays get us 4 sacks or was that something else?

FSU scored 17 points on offense in the 2nd half vs 10 in the 1st. Night and day

I hate it when people call it "stealing" plays. It's using prior knowledge to your advantage. Stealing plays is what the Patriots did with Spygate.

And it would definitely help us get 4 sacks. If Craig knows it's a pass play with a five step drop, you betchya arse Dee Ford and Carl Lawson are sprinting straight up the field.

We had two legit drives in the first half and looked like absolute shite for the rest. Not even debatable that our offense was a lot better in the second half.

that had nothing to do with signals and everything to do with Winston settling down and playing like a heisman winning QB.

I would love to point out how stupid the play calling was, but then I look at my team's offense and sit back down and hush.

Ok. Auburn knowing the signals had absolutely nothing to do with our first half performance. Got it.

When they started calling Jameis runs. I knew Jimbo was getting outcoached or didnt have a counter for what Auburn was doing.

If anything not only did Jameis settle down...but more importantly....Jimbo settled down in his play calling.

Huh what game did you watch. A missed tackle and a blown coverage don't a heisman make.

I'm sure it had an affect... but no more than dropped passes, bad throws, missed blocks, etc. bottom line is FSU settled down and got in rhythm., especially Winston.

So where will Craig fit on the Alabama staff?

I'm fully aware we were a missed tackle away from winning the game
