Is he a good OC, or simply benefitting from amazing talent at Bama?

He is a good OC, but he isnt irreplaceable for us. He had some bone-headed moments, and some great moments. I think it is a solid hire for yall.

He's a very good OC. Our offense showed a marked improvement under him.

Alabama offense was actually pretty solid under him and the offensive numbers rose a good bit. Great hire. Keep Kiffin away from you all Bama fans. He is a bad news.

He's solid. If I were a Michigan fan I would feel about two beers.

If you get a world class offense line and awesome running back's who can get 5 yards a pop easy, he'll still call passing plays, even if the passing plays aren't working and your QB is getting sacked.

You know, gotta stay balanced.

He's a really good OC. Bama fans complained a little about him but that's only because he doesn't really fit the style they like at Bama. I don't feel like he called a good game against Oklahoma but that one game shouldn't define him.

He's not bad, but the stats that everyone keeps talking about don't tell the whole story. One reason Bama scored more was the fact that SEC defenses have fallen off the past couple of years. I'd rate his playcalling as Lackluster. McElwain was a better OC.

He'll be better than Borges.

I'm not all that upset to see him leave, for whatever that is worth.

He could be the most overrated coach on the planet he's still 100000000x the coach Borges is. Oh and Ricky Town is just a bonus

Good hire. More than capable coach. I just think Alabama is looking at moving in a different direction in how they run their offense.

They need more points with the brand of football being played these days. 15 play, 80 yard drives are not going to cut it when your defense is giving up 20 points/game. Saban is smart enough to realize what the future holds.
