As a Bama fan, I would trade LSU for their wins and losses this year...

Because
1. includes a win over Auburn
2. includes a bowl victory and carries a win streak into offseason
3. Didn't get arse kicked by Oklahoma
I can handle a 10-3 season with those wins and losses better than a 11-2 with 2 terrible losses to end season

I'm fine with the 11 wins. While it sucks to be on a 2 game skid, it will hopefully give better motivation in the offseason.

2. Humiliating loss to team they hate second-most.
The year ended well for LSU fans, but there was a lot of pain through the year. I´ll take our 11 wins and suck it up.

We fired Petrino for his mediocrity.
10-3 and 11-2 seasons are unacceptable around these parts.

Reverse that for me. I hate OM way more than I could ever hate Bama. Bama has at least been successful so you can understand their arrogance, but OM fans a just a bunch or uppity douchebags with bad coke.

I don't think it was a bad year. I just agree with his sentiments. The loss to Ole Miss was terrible, especially with me being in VHS and we got dominated in the second half against BAMA. All in all it wasn't that bad and builds a little momentum going into next year.

I don't get the "terrible" Ole Miss thing. They lost to Bama, Mizzou, A&M, Auburn and in OT to their rival, Miss. State. Every loss was close except for Bama, and they absolutely should have beaten A&M. They also won their bowl game. LSU should have beaten them, but they are by no means a terrible team. They destroyed Texas on the road one week after Texas was humiliated on the road by BYU and were highly motivated. Yes, I know they had injuries. Everyone gets them.

this. hate ole miss more, and losing to them is always an embarrassment.

Terrible wasn't in reference to their team it was to the game. It was a game that we should have one if we didn't have an offensive collapse in the first half and like I said I was in Oxford.
