We complain here all the time about every little thing that needs to be done so I thought we might as well put it all into one thread. I'm going to break it down into all facets from on to off the field.

Coaching Related
- Special Teams Coach

Facility Related
- Indoor Practice Facility
- A Whole New Stegeman Lunch Pavilion

Recruiting Related
- More Recruiting Advisors/Assistants
- Oversigning to Count for Attrition
- Solid Linemen Recruitment

Administration Related
- Use the Surplus of Money to Gain a Winning Attitude
- Keep up with the Rest of the SEC in Every Aspect

Anything else?

ETA...

One more thing...since none of those things will ever happen...we need a dump truck full of luck. That's the only way...

We need about a dozen breaks to go our way.

Everything else is moot.

What is the point of analyzing what is going to be fixed or not? None of those things are ever going to happen in Athens. It is like discussing some type of false hope.

Need to hire about a dozen "analysts" to supplement the coaching staff like our rivals have.

You covered most of it but I would add daily discipline as a fundamental aspect of our coaching philosophy. This instills positive attitudes and concentration on details leading to superior execution. Perfect example was both Lynch and Wooten not looking the ball into their hands and securing the ball on critical 4th down plays.

I said this before, but people were saying that the NCAA regulates how many people we have on staff. They didn't answer how other teams have more "analysts" than we do. Typical disney shite.

Unfortunately UGA takes a warped sense of pride in the very things that hold us back. It is institutional, as ingrained in UGAs culture as cheating is to auburn's. it is piss testing after spring break. Sending all SEC players to our rivals bc we are to good to have them. Severe penalties for any infraction coupled with hyper-aggressive enforcement. Our own special academic eligibility standards.

It is a culture that has an RA call the cops for smelling pot, a campus police force that would actually respond to a call about smelling pot, search the room and find no pot but go ahead and arrest over pot "residue", and a coach willing to suspend players for the ridiculous (and very true) story above.

I dont see how this is reversed. Doesn't matter who the coach is, Saban wouldn't win MNC's in UGA's environment. Closest thing we'll get to sniffing the big game is beating our SEC chests while all of our rivals pass around the crystal football.

Its kind of like getting a blow job at a titty bar for UGA. UGA is not going to the titty bar to get a blow job. They are taking their customers there to look at some hot, young single mothers with daddy issues and no body hair so their customers continue to do business with them. If one of the strippers gives out a blow job, it is just a bonus.

I will attack something that hasn't been attacked which hurt Georgia twice in the BCS era. The media bias has hurt Georgia badly. Kirk Herbstriet and his media goons went on a tirade the year LSU jumped Georgia for a title shot because we didn't win the SEC. A few years later these same media goons are doing everything in their power to make sure Alabama plays for a title even though they didn't win the SEC. It's not about who is ranked higher and who was cinsideres the best team until it's a national power or until it's convinient an it's complete and utter bullshyt. In 02 we would still been behind OU in the polls because of media bias and the preseason rankings. :/

ESPN set the stage for the Bama/LSU rematch as the game was ending. And the same exact people said UGA had to win their conference to be considered. This is not up for debate...

I'm a big UGA homer, but these situations are not comparable. in 2007, OSU was the clear #1 at the time, the question was who was #2. It came down to us and LSU, they won the SEC we didn't, pretty simple. In 2011, LSU won the SEC and was the clear #1, it was then a matter of who is better in the voter's mind Bama or Okie St. Had those 2 been in the same league, Okie St. would have gone for winning the league, but they played different opponents and Bama was deemed stronger.

I agree, on paper we had no real right to go. However, my question is this; how did LSU jump 5 spots? OSU was 3rd and we were 4th and LSU was 7th going into that weekend. 1 and 2 lost obviously. I know why we didn't go, but why didn't the other teams ranked ahead of LSU go? They jumped over 2 other conference champs with equal records. I just don't see how you could justify them jumping that far after losing to UK and Arky.
