Its amazing how AJ looks when he doesn't have all day to throw.I wish every QB had the luxury of an O-line that can pass block forever, and have RB's averaging 6-7 yds a carry.
You guys act like no QB ever has to deal with pressure,blitzes, and subpar O-line play. 2nd in the heisman? What a joke. Even Case "Video Tape" McCoy had a better outing against OU.

OU's QB had pressure all night.

Bad news for everyone else I guess. Alabama has been winning for the past three years even with a shitty QB. Surely the next guy will be able to accomplish the same even if he sucks too.

The O-line wasn't good but by the start of the 2nd quarter McCarron had definitely developed happy feet and was making poor throws even when he had good protection.

Recievers were not running any secondary routes either. They ran the initial route and then just stood there covered if and when McCarron did try to scramble. Very frustrating. Even though Alabama put up over 500 yards, the offense was really inconsistent all night and, of course, the turnovers killed them too.

The offensive line was largely responsible for the loss, but McCarron was off all night. I don't think any rational, knowledgeable fan is giving him a pass. On the flip side, the defensive line was too slow to get consistent pressure on Knight, and he looked like a Heisman candidate. Ironically, one of the worst things that could've happened for Bama was completing the long passes early. It convinced Nussmeier that Bama could air it out against a team designed for that type of game.

It's amazing how much offensive holding slows the pass rush. When they can't hold without being called out, then AJ doesn't have time to throw the ball. I think the blame really goes to the refs or to the REC for not paying off the refs.

Did Alabama's offense even have a holding penalty called on them or are you just talking out of your arse?
