I'm not upset that bama lost. I don't hate Bob Stoops.
One of the 2 teams had to win the game.
But you know the whole premise is bullshite anyway.
Think about it, after years of battles on the field and with recruiting, the bad blood has been growing for years.
Why would be cheer for Ou to win?

No idea what you are talking about. TAMU would rather OU lose to Bama because TAMU competes with OU more for recruits - in Texas - than it does Bama.

Realistically it isn't even about recruiting in Texas much anymore. Sumlin has put the Land Thieves in a fetal position in that regard. It's about possibly stopping our continued progress into Oklahoma itself for recruits or more specifically this year Stephen Parker (Safety and #1 Recruit in Oklahoma we are battling OU over).
I do think it is ironic as hell that LSU fans dickride anyone that beats Bama and then accuses everyone else of dickriding. We know you need Bama to lose because they are regularly taking more and more recruits out of LA. We get it.
Personally I was conflicted watching that game last night as I can't root for AJ or Saban but I hate OU just a little more since it is in our best interests to. I wish both teams could have lost or they would bring back ties.

Being happy that a team lost doesn't mean that somehow you are "dick-riding" the opponent.
But actively trying to shield a team from criticism by other fans pretty much is the definition of "dick-riding".
