He would be a new level of retarded to pick Bama from a football standpoint. Aside from constant doubt that Saban will stay, what a fortuitous path to the NFL behind all that RB talent. You could take the same path at a comparable program and start day 1. You would have to be the second coming to pass Drake, Yeldon, Henry, Tenpenny, Jones, Kamara, and Hart as a freshman.

Still, no high school player is going to suddenly beat out guys like Drake and Yeldon who have played at least 2 years against SEC competition, let alone Henry who is no slouch himself and who has a year in a college program under his belt.

The meltdown would be so epic if he went to Texas. LSU losing probably their biggest recruit in years. UA losing a recruit and then the rumors of Saban to Texas would resurg. Trolling would be too easy at that point.

If LF picks someone other than LSU then they will only get 1 of 5 instead of getting all 5 like they thought going in.
