UCF looks very strong against Baylor right now. Their D is stuffing BU. Maybe we need to look at their DC.

It's amazing what quality coaching can do for you no?

They look ok but they can't hold on to the ball.

Certainly came in more coached and prepared but they've had 3 turnovers in the little bit I've been watching.

It makes me sad watching a school with far less talent than what Georgia has play some really good and solid football while we struggle to execute simple things. It makes me envious to think about what Georgia could be if things were different.

Our fans tend to believe that but frankly I don't. UCF has: a better OL, a solid RB in Storm Johnson (over 1000 rushing yards), much better receivers than our receivers, a much better defense than our defense ranked 11th nationally and a QB, Bortles, who is projected as the 3rd pick in the NFL draft if he comes out.

Storm Johnson is one of the only guys on that team who was highly recruited coming out of high school. The other guys have been coached up.

Started at the U right? Played against him in HS or maybe he was after me. All I know was that he was one of the bad guys.

No doubt. Their only loss was to SC and they gave the Cocks all they could stand and now they're playing extremely well as huge underdogs against that high flying Baylor offense.

All you have to do is WIN to be on Kiper's draft board. If we had went 8-4 last year, we would have retained some of our defense for this year. Kiper really does suck! Plus Bortles is not the 3rd pick in the draft, he is the 3rd projected QB in the draft.

Bortles is #2 QB in the draft and will be at worst a top 10 pick. He's padding stats with short throws that his receivers are taking for big gains, but he has also made a few NFL throws (read: hard throws into tight windows). Has looked erratic and missed a few open receivers tonight too

Yeah he was recruited by the U. I believe he was a 5 star out of somewhere in Georgia.

ETA: Well, he was at Buford at some point or all of his career

No he does more than that. Winning helps but Kiper is about as accurate as you can predict something so unpredictable.

Trust me, the teams that pick these players don't give a shite what Kiper thinks, but he's usually kind of close.

Last mock draft I read had him going 3rd. If the Jags pick a QB it's going to be him or Manziel.

I think Bortles would be a fine pick.

Manziel would be a nightmare for the Jags.

I'm leery about Bortles and JFF would make me want them to move to London

God Dammit, why couldn't we just lose and get Teddy

If the Falcons let the Bills get a 2 point conversion we would be at 2 and have our pick of pretty much anybody.
