He has looked like that for years. He used to blink alot and lick his lips, people thought coke. Others say broadcast makeup accent his cheek bones and he diesnt look that thin in real life.

The real question is what's up with Palmer's wardrobe? I feel like if Pollack was to ask for a high five then Palmer would have to turn him down.
