Its been eerily quiet. Anyone know anything. God I hate dead periods.

Bielema said he has a top 3 but they're all either coaching bowl games or in the NFL.

OUs Dline guy was the target....not sure about that now that they beat Bama....also heard something about Tampa Bay's old Dline coach who was with Schiano(sp)

What's the story on OU's line coach? Is he a legit candidate or just being thrown around b/c he was at Iowa when Bielema was an assistant there? Is he a decent recruiter?

I predict we'll have a DL coach w/in 48 hours.
I drove down to Drake on my lunch hour for no damn good reason at all. Appeared to be some Crain loaner vehicles of athletic dept quality in the parking area.
I think the Big Cheddar is bringing his man home tonight or in the a.m. Would expect a pressed tomorrow afternoon or the next day.

I would guess he is just being thrown around because of the Iowa ties. I can't imagine that he would actually leave OU. However, he would only be behind Pittman as the best recruiter on our staff.
