I saw a BUNCH of them at the LSU game this year. It seemed to be one of the most common flags being waved.

You have obviously never been to Memphis. It is a mix of Ole Miss, MSU, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Alabama fans here. Tennessee is also one of the larger out of state alumni bases for Alabama. The shirt makes sense.

Southern Middle Tennessee my azz. They are all over Nashville. I don't like it, but at least they don't pull for the Big Orange.

Not really surprising, honestly. Nashville and its suburbs are full of UA fans. It has one of the larger alumni chapters.

Alabama alumni move here because the state of Tennessee is just a better place to live with more jobs. It's not our fault Alabama is a hellhole. All that state has is a football team with 18-22 year olds to cheer for. Alabama would be a truly miserable place to live in and a lot of smart people associated with the University of Alabama get the hell out. Can't blame them.

My family is from northern Tennessee around the Clarksville area. Literally half the town cheers for the Vols football and Kentucky basketball. It's a weird phenomenon.
