Spawned from the Krymson Tide girl thread.

I'll start, and have more to add if this gets off the ground.

I have a cousin named Laqueena.

edit to add: or someone you know personally

The white side of my family has some names that sound pretty country, but nothing crazy sounding. I have a cousin named Dessie and another named Junior.

Wolf
not Wolfgang, not Wolfburg, not Wolfstein. His actual legal first name was Wolf and he was not a Native American (allegedly)

Heard he's turned out to be kind of an a-hole.

My fam has a Buck, Chick, Bruno, Veetsie, Black Veetsie, Crash, Eudie, Butch, Butch-Mutch, Country, Sticks, Skeeter, Red, and Stag. You don't even know their real first names until their obituary's printed.

Brother named his kid "Bo" (spells it "Beau").

He was born a month premature and the whole family came to the hospital to keep vigil, but I still kicked my brother arse. We Bama fans.

No, unfortunately. We've always called him Shane, but I always used it to break the ice with girls when we went out, he didn't like it. I'm like dude, that is a badass name. Now he's married with 3 kids and now he has his wife calling him Magnum

Naw, his white granny and my grandpa have the same grandpa. There was a big article back in 2008 in the newspaper featuring a headstone w/ my family name in the graveyard at a church my great-great-great grandfather started in the 1820's.
