What other professions can you fail 1/3 of the time and get a $2 million raise?

Considering we live in a time in the college football world where losing 33% of your games earns you a $2 million raise(nearly a 75% increase in base pay) for some coaches, what other jobs can you get that kind of a raise for being a failure 1/3rd of the time?
I'd say politician but no politician gets paid that much in base salary.
Maybe a union boss? Unions are bleeding membership in this country.

Another could be an NBA player whose speciality is to shoot 3s. If you can succeed 40% of the time you are pretty good. Though a 33% 3 point specialist in the NBA wouldn't cut it

Not many other professions compete directly. Business is more of a market share thing. Lawyers compete directly, but a 67% percent success rate is probably good.

In sales, if you convert at a 67% clip you'll make good money.

As an investment manager if you're right 66% of the time you're doing pretty damn good depending on how much risk you put on the table.

Baseball comes to mind. If you win 108 games you'll most likely get a raise.

If there were a Louisiana school principle that could run a school that could teach 2/3 of its kids to read, he'd be the greatest principal in the history of the state. He might not get a 2 million dollar raise, but he could successfully make the transition to Louisiana politics, where 2 million dollar kickbacks are standard.

Also, if you were a CEO that led unexpectedly led your company into the top 5 of the fortune 500 in your first year on the job, far exceeding everyone's expectations, and then stumbled a bit in your second year, but were offered a 2 million dollar raise by a rival company, you might well get a 2 million dollar raise.
