Do you believe it's wrong to target another sec head coach?

I'm not talking a case such as Saban where he leaves and makes a stop and then comes back. I'm talking about one school going after another school's current head coach without that team's blessing.

Should the SEC schools abide by a gentleman's agreement that you don't target another school's head coach? Or is it fair game?

No, and it's stupid to think otherwise.

He's right. You do what you think is best for your program.

I'm not saying I disagree, I was just curious as to what everyone's opinion is.

I imagine the bigger schools fans will say it's ok and smaller schools may disagree.

We have been refraining from stealing Saban because of this unwritten rule.

Is it wrong to scout top level performers at other companies in the business world?

I believe the SEC itself frowns upon it.

No. Whose business is it to prevent Bill Curry from leaving Tuscaloosa for a better opportunity?
