Vegas bound War Eagles, where are you staying and when are you arriving?

I fly in on the 2nd and am staying at the Hard Rock for 2 nights. Flying to LA on saturday.

I booked everything today. We are staying at the Palomar Hotel in San Francisco on Friday night and Saturday night. Have SUV rented. Will spend what we have left of Friday and all day Saturday in San Fran. Get up early Sunday morning and head down HWY 1. I am checking out things to do on the way this weekend. I know Big Sur is one area but looking for ideas on others.
We will probably stay in Santa Barbara on Sunday night. No hotel booked yet there

If you like wine, then spend some time around Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez area. Solvang is a Danish looking town that has some good restaurants and other stuff.
Enterprise fish co in Santa Barbara was a fantastic place back in the day. I would suspect it still is.

Carmel (Say hi to Clint Eastwood)
Morro Bay
Pismo
San Luis Obispo
Hearst Castle
You will be seeing some awesome scenery and one of the best drives in America imo. Can get crowded at times, but worth the drive.

Flying into Vegas on the 2nd. Staying that night at the Luxor. The next day, we are renting an SUV and driving to Big Bear Mountain ski resort. We will be there from the 3rd until around midday on the 6th. Then we are driving down to Pasadena for the game and then back to Vegas after the game. We fly home on the 7th.

Lanier, that is an incredible drive. I plan on doing it again someday.
Flying to Vegas on Saturday. Staying at the Wynn and drive over Sunday afternoon. We have to drive back to Vegas after the game. Friends have early flight. We are staying at Wynn until Wednesday!

I am not doing the San Fran to LA drive because the wife "doesnt want to spend her vacation in a car"

Staying at the Luxor. Arriving on Saturday before the game & will be taking the BCSBUS to the game.
