Lambert Ineligible?

Apparently Erik Ainge is saying that Lambert will be academically ineligible. I haven't seen that reported anywhere else. Has Erik fallen off the wagon...or did he actually get the scoop on this one?
Has there been any confirmation on Lambert's status other than the fact he signed a LOI at Auburn yesterday?
ETA...nevermind...after thinking about the source, I'd say I have my answer. Ainge jumps to conclusion...again.

I believe BM said there was no truth to this rumor...the VOLS are hoping this is true. But seems to be very much false.

Last year, Lavon Hooks wanted to sign with Auburn and enroll in January, but some grades would not transfer to auburn... point is, they look at these things before accepting a JUCO's NLI.

Do you honestly think AU's coaching staff wouldn't review a JUCO's transcripts prior to accepting his commitment/LOI?
Poor UT fans; I pity you guys.

According to Lambert, he is still working on a correspondence class...so, that would mean that his eligibility is still pending, but I would guess it will happen.

No sour grapes here...I was just asking for verification either way of what I read. Personally, I wish the kid the best wherever he goes.

Retarded...really? Only because they have 390 pages on a thread devoted to Lambert?
Well...that does sound a bit retarded...

Why would a kid go play at UT when they could play at AU?

1. It's not in alabama.
2. Overall and historically UT is the better program and has better facilities.
