It doesn't launch till August, everyone in the South will have it by then.

This. I don't know why anyone would freak out over this 8-9 months before the network is even available.

I bet Dish will be next since they are currently on negotiations with a new deal with Disney.

The fact they are still airing channels on good faith must mean they are working together. I would expect them to add sec network regionally, like BIG 10 network, as well as move ESPNU in HD

Everyone will have it. It will just take a while with negotiations. No company with a pulse won't carry it. They may fight and hold out for a bit but everyone will have it
