Hey Bama fans I know you have some tension over the Iron Bowl but do you you want Auburn to win and keep the SEC streak alive or FSU win and screw the rivals and the streak?

Some of us do, some of us don't.
As for myself, I'm pretty indifferent. I'll certainly be happy for my Auburn friends if they win and I'll help them drown their sorrows if they lose.
Sorry, best answer I can give ya.

No.
Don't care about the SEC streak unless Bama is playing.

I have no clue why any bama fan would want auburn to win, other than some silly sense of state pride. I mean does Auburn winning the title really make you any more or less proud to reside in alabama?

It really doesn't matter to me either way.

Kind of ambivalent. Will be happy for my wife and other Auburn friends if they win. Won't be upset at all if they lose either. Will be watching with some Auburn people in the crowd I'm sure, so I'll probably end up leaning towards Auburn during the game.
Don't really care about the SEC streak.
Other SEC teams may need to dickride the "SEC streak" cache, but Alabama does not. (<< So douchey, )

It's a difficult situation. On one hand you have Bama fans that pull for Auburn (reasoning is that they are pulling for the state) and then you have Bama fans that flat out hate Auburn and it doesn't matter that Auburn winning is good for the state of Alabama and the SEC.

This is a better way to put it. I certainly won't be pulling for Auburn, but I won't be pulling for Florida State either.

The hate between Alabama and Auburn appears to be more on the field than off the field. This is what a true in-state rivalry should look like.
There were some Aggies who pulled for the longhorns in 2005 and 2009, but the majority did NOT, and never would. They are just too shitty to respect. It was such an unhealthy rivalry. Glad it's over.

If Auburn loses, Alabama and the rest of the SEC will forever get to hound them that they were the school to break the SEC streak.

I really don't care either way. I've always liked FSU and I've always disliked Auburn, so there's that. I'm just glad we're going to the Sugar Bowl- I'm really looking forward to it

I'm pulling for Auburn actually. In order to be the best, you've gotta beat the best. If they win this game - they'd have beaten #1, #5 and #1 in 3 final games. Pretty impressive if you ask me.
I believe FSU was gifted a season to get to this game and that they do not deserve it as much (over a whole season of work) as much as Auburn does. That's just my reasoning behind my logic though. Most other Bama alumni I know are pulling for FSU.

Well, part of it is that we share a relatively small state, of course.
