no...that would be stupid. his show cause doesnt end until 2016 plus he's like 65

I saw a brief link on the Texas job and a picture of Tressel and wondered if they were considering him. Damn good coach minus his troubles.

Tressell isn't much better than what they had. Sadly I don't think UT screws up this time, and it will get even harder to win a MNC from the SEC.

If they don't go after Gary Patterson I don't know who they go after. Harbaugh- one year removed from a super bowl, nah. Carrol- having success in the bigs- nah. Maybe Shaw at Stanford or a mid level coach. They missed Peterson, or they could pull the biggest sucker punch in college football and go after Medium Game Bobby Stoops at CHoklahoma. I'll wait and see. They could get Muschimp on the cheap.......

I don't think Tressels a good fit nad he fell flat on his face on the big stage a couple of times. Those times that I am referring to are NC game blowouts and BCS game blowouts.
