Missouri didn't enjoy a bowl victory against Georgia in the 1960 Orange bowl.

Georgia won that game 14-0.

Based on the data above, I count 6 for Bama and 5 for Georgia; UGA has never been to the BCSNCG Bowl. You must be including all the lesser bowls.

The only bowl that UGA has not been to is the Fiesta bowl. It's funny looking at SCe's bowl history and they were praying to the bowl gods for a BCS berth this year. A lot of SC fans around here are pissed that the taters are going to the Orange and they get Capitol One. They did spank the Taters on the field.

This ^ is true. His stats are wrong on that bowl. Maybe he meant to say that was Mizzou's first big bowl.

It's all bowls Dave so yes the lesser ones are being counted. When the Bear was at Bama if they weren't going to the Sugar they pretty much went to the Liberty bowl it was one of his favorite cities for some reason. We used to get trotted all over the nation to play in bowls before the era of tie ins at every game.

It is what It is. We should've beaten Tennessee. I do however have a problem with Clemson fans bragging about going to a BCS bowl while we aren't. It's only because of the 2 per conference rule and the fact they skate by in the Athletically Challenged Conference.
