Winning the SEC is more difficult than winning the National Championship

And it will only get worse with the playoffs.

Don't think you'll find many people disagreeing with this.

Agree. SEC should split away from the rest and have a 13 games season only against SEC teams. Then have a 4 team playoff.

You people are too easy.

Agree. It has been an elimination game (both teams contenders) for a few of the recent ones.

I was actually being sincere. What did I say that was wrong?

It looks like the shift in power in the SEC has moved from the east to the west...

Disagree of course. Outside of the one time bama did it in order to win the NC you have to win the SEC as well. so of course that is false.

Disagree.
Since SEC expansion there have been 22 teams win the SEC championship and only half that many SEC teams have won the National Championship (still ave VERY impressive percentage).
This indicates that despite the recent 7 year SEC run and the 2011 LSU/Alabama experience, winning the National Championship is still more difficult than winning the SEC.

Related to this, is there any rule in place preventing 4 SEC teams (or 3) from being in the 4 team playoff? Odds would be hard to get to that point but I could see a year where the "committee" sees LSU, Bama/AU and someone like UGA being the 3 best teams deserving the playoff spots.
I know the BCS has that rule, but that doesn't carry forward right?

but those teams arent in the sec. using your logic you are penalizing them for not winning a conference they arent even a part of.
again in order for an sec team to win the NC they also have to win the SEC (one exception).
question is dumb.

Well if your reasoning is going to account for teams outside of the SEC (for whom it is of course impossible to win the SEC), then this question kind of becomes silly.
The question kind of suggests that you are talking about SEC teams here.
