-2.

Auburn went -2 in turnover differential to two top 5 opponents. One of the Mizzou turnovers led directly to a TD (scoop and score) and the Alabama turnover led to a TD.

We went -2 in turnover differential, giving up 14 points off of turnovers and won both games by a combined score of 23 points.

Gus really is a wizard.

You can if you just are better than the other teams

Our fumbling issues is Marshall running withthe ball eveywhere is scary enough and Mason seems to only fumble at inopportune times

I thought we had 2 turnovers, but whitehead picked one off of Franklin so that is only a -1 margin correct?

I am looking forward to seeing us (hopefully) play our first complete game this year against FSU.

Has anybody else noticed that when Marshall fumbles, he doesn't JUST fumble, it's like he tosses the ball 5-10 yards across the field.

It's ridiculous. It's like he just forgets that he's even carrying the ball when he's running.

I think it's cause Marshall has so many moves, he jukes the ball.

We had a -1 margin in each game, hence going -2.

Thats easy to do when you run full speed into an SEC defense while palming the football in one hand and holding it away from you're body.

I count the on sides kick as another turnover. Not sure how they officially score that. Mizzou did actually touch it.

So I read it as -2 in both games so -4 total.

The one they scored on was definitely careless ball handling by Marshall. I think the other one was partially on Grant. Without those turnovers last week I do wonder if we could have put Missouri down a whole lot earlier. They basically got two free touchdowns with the DGB catch that wasn't reviewed and the scoop and score.

We need to win this battle against FSU for sure. I think points will be a little tougher to come by in this game for both teams, so we sure as hell can't afford to give any away.

No.

Bama had no turnovers, we had 1, so -1

Mizzu had 1 and we had 2 so -1

for a total of -2.

Mizzu got 10pts almost directly off turnovers if i recall correctly. Seems like the marshall fumble they only had to move the ball about 20 yards and kicked a fg. And our interception was quickly negated by nick's fumble that was a scoop and score.

time to cut that shite out and get in the plus territory against FSU.

Marshall has small hands unfortunately. If he had hands like Manziel or Cam, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation. Let's just hope he's TO free the next game.

Talking with my buddies during the SECC game....

The first 4 Auburn possessions ended with 2 TDs & 2 fumbles.

The first 6 Auburn possessions ended with 3 TDs & 3 fumbles.

It was aggravating to say the least.

It hurt our chances from being undefeated and putting games away early.
