I believe it's shopped. But for those who have trypophobia (fear of holes in the skin), it is fricking horrifying.

I'm pretty sure it is shopped. Pictures similar have made me lose my lunch before though.

Definitely shopped. The only things that I know of that even come close to anything like that are bot flies and they still look nothing like that picture.
