Didn't Smith have more sacks in 1 game than Clowney did all year?

I don't know who the Smith kid is and apparently the damn AP doesn't either, but by all you gamecocks reaction he must be a great player. Lot's of offensive players that were great at QB and receiver spot but I would have picked Landry and Mathews first team. Nobody really could cover them all year, it was just a question of getting them the ball. Mike Evans was shut down a few times.

Do the Coaches (old upi) have an ALL SEC team?

I was a little surprised to see DGB on the list over LaDamian Washington. Conrats to all those recognized, especially Michael Sam!!

Freak and Clowney really shouldn't be on the list. They both did terrible this year. What's worse is everyone knows Clowney put no effort into the season. Freak tried, but just wasn't that great with the double teams coming his way. Clowney was saving himself for the NFL so let him have that, but don't take the first team honor away from a kid who worked his arse off and gave 100% for his teammates and his university and most of all the fans.

Connor Shaw doesn't even get an honorable mention?

Damn, that's messed up.

AJ got fricked over two 8-4 QBs?

So he is likely top 5 in the Heisman voting but the third best QB in the conference?

At best.

How the hell does Purifoy keep getting this reputation as a great corner? He freakin' mailed it in this year. He was like our 4th best corner.

They want him gone to the NFL

Ramik Wilson makes first team while Herrera gets left off completely. This list is shitey for sure.

And I would have put Davis in at first team over Hill.

I don't have a problem with where Davis is. He was the clear front-runner through 8-9 games this season, but he wore down at the end while other got stronger. Still wouldn't want anyone else over him at USC, and real excited to see what 2014 brings..

Don't know anything about the Georgia kicker, but he must be a hell of a kicker to beat out Zach Hocker.

ETA: Did the research, Georgia kicker had a great year. More opportunities than Hocker and a 56 as long compared to Hocker's 54 as a long.

Both are great kickers.

Not even one Florida player on offense? List is a travesty without Skyler Mohrninweg, or whatever his name is. Dude should be first team.

We sucked, but our ends were a bright spot all season. It'd be criminal not to reward Chris Smith and his 8.5 sacks playing for a defense that might have seen the fewest pass attempts in the league.

A&M and Bama's Punters both averaged over 47 yards a kick while Clark averaged 42. Clark had an incredible Net considering that but still the big legs usually win. Kaser is one of 3 Finalists for the Ray Guy award.

SEC Staaacked on Punters.

The positions of Jarvis Landry, Zach Mettenberger, Anthony Johnson and Lamin Barrow are a complete joke.

Did he even have 100 yards in his last 3 games combined?
