They're talking about the Marshall pass TD to tie the Iron Bowl at 28 right?

I saw it....most of the plays are perfectly legal the play that tied the game vs Alabama should have drawn a flag and here is one more that agrees.

Nothing to be done about it now but officials should be made aware before games that they play to watch for linemen downfield and receivers illegally blocking while a pass is being thrown.

He called it unfair. I didn't hear him say cheating. I didn't watch the whole thing either.

It was a great spontaneous move by Marshall. If Ha Ha and CyJo stay with their assignments, then no touchdown. But, that's football.

I'm not watching, but surely you misheard. There's absolutely no way he said it's "cheating" just because a linebacker has to make a quick decision.

Rocky May said you gotta be more disciplined and Pollack said "It's cheating is what it is" seriously said it

He called it cheating, but he didn't mean it like that.

Either way, kind of a dumb thing to say.

He's said " it's cheating, it's what it is". Then he said unfair.

He said cheating but giving him the benefit of the doubt, I'm not sure he was "for real" calling it cheating or calling for a rules change. I think he got frustrated and couldn't make his full point, which is that there is no way to really combat that as a defensive player.

Purpose of the play is to simulate a run so as to draw in the DB's and LB's.

The play as it was run in the IB was illegal. No need to change a rule just enforce them.

Bamer crying about calls, oh the irony. Truth is Marshall was clearly at the l.O.S, not over.

I agree with him in a way. It seems like college refs have no idea how to correctly enforce holding. The likes of Auburn, Texas A&M, and teams from the Big 12 constantly get away with holding. I'm sick and tired of it.
