... also, how did Micheegan State jump six spots? Who have they beaten that justifies them at #4?
And how did Stanford jump-up two spots? That's bullshite.
And how did OSUe hang around at #7? Who have they beaten? They played one team in the Top Ten and lost.
SCAR was fricked by the pollsters. SCAR beats a BCS bowl team, top 15 team, on the road at their place and the following Sunday they dropped SCAR two spots in the polls. That was wrong. SCAR's got wins over three Top 15 teams, two of them on the road, two of them Top 10 ... and before you type "Tennessee," remember, Stanford lost to Utah.
Anyways, back to the original premise ... check in here if you're team has beaten two BCS bowl teams.

Doesn't matter one way or another. They won the B1G. Rose Bowl bound regardless.

Thankfully that is over after this season. Still, the ranking system is badly flawed ... badly flawed. And it will rear its ugly head many times in the new playoff system.

Matters in the final rankings.
More importantly, if they can do it this week then we can absolutely expect it to happen when the playoff system kicks in. This was practice week for the voters. Last week of the regular season and they just showed us how easy it is to move the B1G Champ, deserving or not, into a playoff spot.
