That looks as good as anything I can think up. I have not looked up who's losing who and what not though.

Switch Auburn and FSU. Alabama too low. Ohio State too high. Stanford should be above Oregon but neither #3. This sounds crazy, but I'd put Baylor at #4 with all they're returning. UCLA? Why? After the top 4 it's pick'em, but:

I have some changes. First off, I think Ohio St suffers in the polls. The question had been whether they could hang with Bama; now it's can they hang with Michigan St. Next, I see Oregon being a glamour pick again next year, and if Mariotta returns, look for them to be #2, with a lot of #1 votes. I put Auburn ahead of Bama, because Bama loses McCarron and Auburn returns everyone.
I swapped LSU in for Ole Miss; Mettenberger's injury sucks, but it really helps Jennings out, going into next year. Plus, I really expect the defense to solidify. I also put South Carolina in, as the obligatory SEC East team. Spurrier seems a better bet than Richt or Pinkel. I bump UCLA out; and I expect USC to do the same to them fairly soon.
