Has A&M been passed up by UTx?

If Texas beats Baylor they win the Big 12 outright. Is it safe to say Texas is now "the cool" school in the state of Texas again? Recruits will likely be flipping soon.

both teams finished 8-4
looking back, what kind of rosters did each team field?
this is the cumulative 4* and 5* rankings...
the sips had 64...SIXTY FOUR... 2010-2013. And finished 8-4 with losses to BYU, OM, BAYLOR, and OSU
meanwhile, aTm had 34 over the same time frame (with 22 of the 34 just in the last TWO classes) and had losses to Bama (7 pts), Auburn (4 pts), LSU (ouch), and Mizzou (7 pts)
