Wow... The wife and I took our kid to see the grandparents and I picked up this book at their house... I can't put it down... I'm not a lawyer nor have I ever had any desire to be... If you're looking for some nonfiction to read during the holidays I suggest picking this one up... The full title is "Three Felonies a Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent" ... Every Law school student should be required to read this book before graduation.

Boyfriends in his last year of law school. He doesn't like reading anything related to the law outside of casebooks though.

I'm already pissed off. Reading this would only make it worse.

So, I'll probably do it.

It's amazing how many laws people break and don't know it.

Yeah I haven't read it but I know. I always find it funny when people look at me incredulously when I tell them that they probably commit at least one felony a day

99% of the US population has committed at least one felony. Most just haven't been caught.

Yep but I was talking about the law abiding people who follow the rules. They are amazed when they find out they have commited a federal felony almost daily I wish I had my laptop with me so I could cite some of them.

He stole it from me at the Old Country Buffet. I was meeting Bert to catch up on things.
