Can we get another option added to the RA box?

Typically the only time I RA is for an alter, but there really isn't a good box to check for that. I just do "inappropriate material" when in reality there might not be anything inappropriate about the post itself, so an admin might dismiss it. Can we add something like alter check or needs post history reviewed or something like that for these cases?
