Would be nice ... but the wife is set on retiring down in the Destin/Ft Walton area, already looking at a few properties down there.

My plan is to buy a condo around Perdido Key (about 1500-1700 sq ft), and then alternate living between the beach and the mountains here around Chattanooga.
