Talent vs Experience - which is more important?

Would you rather field a team for 1 year of less talented players with 2 years of experience or more talented players with no experience? Which team would get more wins?

I'll take both, but they aren't anything without discipline.

More talent is the obvious answer. They might not win for you their first season in the system but they will reach the same experience level. There's a reason why top 5 recruiting programs like Alabama win NC's.
