Is it pretty much a given that the loser of the SECCG will miss out on a BCS Bowl this year?

The only times I've ever seen the SEC title game loser go to a BCS game was when they entered the game undefeated.

Probably.

Pretty much. The loser will have two losses and Bama one. It will be The SEC champion and Bama going to a BCS bowl. There is a lot riding on this game for both programs going to ATL.

Well, win or lose, I would rather the chance to win the SEC title over a certain bowl game. At the end of the day, unless it's the BCS champ game does playing in a bcs bowl really matter since some of the matchups have been pretty bad anyway.

I know this might be unheard of to an Alabama fan, but resumes actually mean something.

I agree. The BCSCG has definitely diluted the bowls to me, even the other BCS bowls seem kind of meh. The playoffs are going to further kill any remaining excitement about bowl games.

So what you're saying is Florida will DEFINITELY not be there. Gotcha

Yes, Mizzou will end up in the Cotton Bowl.

Au will either play in the Sugar or the BCSCG.

Bama will either play in the Sugar or Orange.

The SECCG will be better than all the bowls except the BCSCG, unless tOSU makes it. Then it will be better than all the bowls

UGA 2012 > UF 2012. It was proven on the field.

But you fricks were the one who got the bid and proceeded to embarrass the entire conference.

Playing a weak schedule had consequences. Who knew?

So Cap One passes on Missouri? Who plays in Cap One if Missouri loses SECCG?

Who plays in Cap One if Auburn loses SECCG?
