It has been epic ... I basically took the day off just to send kiss-my-arse emails and texts to all my taterhead buddies today. Really rubbing it in while living vicariously through my Gamecocks today. Damn near drowning in the sweet salty tears coming-out of Hick County.

What makes it especially satisfying is knowing there are a few taterhead posers around here, plus some other deviants of various means be they relatives of taterheads or offspring of taterheads on the weak-side of their family gene pool ... who are also having to deal with their guts in knots for another year.

Although If I could name this account again I would name it something else, nobody like lawyers, even lawyers.

I see these stories as are in your link on a lot of message boards following a bitter defeat. Basically the theme is that parent is at a game with their child and members of the opposing fanbase end up engaging in some of the most horrendous and despicable acts known to mankind. I mean things that animal cruelty law haters wouldn't even contemplate doing to a dog. Makes for good fiction I guess; just glad I've been lucky enough to avoid such fiascos.

Maybe it's because we came into the SEC together and have taken our lumps over the last 20 years, but I've always liked USCe. I'm probably one of the few non-Florda/non-USC fans who likes the OBC.

Every year, the USC-Clemson game is appointment television for me, and I've immensely enjoyed the last 5 years. Maybe it's because I can't stand Clemson (ultimate SEC wannabes) and that I think Dabo is a clown.

All that said, I've been screaming for the better part of a decade that we could have had Spurrier if we'd have either let Nutt walk to Nebraska in 2003 or fired him after the 2004 debacle.
