I know Saban has the ties to the state, but it seems like all the TOP talent is leaving the state. Why is that?

I know you're not serious, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

he is cherry picking certain ones, that is for sure.

however we are all also cherry picking from other states.

so its just part of recruiting. totally blows though.

Bama has got all the players they'll get from the state this year. The remainder are solid LSU leans.

They will get two of about 15 amazing players in the state this year. Just wait until the 1/2/13 AA Game and you will see who still "dominates" LA. We are looking great for Jamal Adams too and he is even better than Hootie imo

Jamal Adams is a Hail Mary I think for LSU especially with Bama about to flip Hampton, Adams is not a better defensive player to me than Hootie, he's bigger and more physical, Adams is more of a pure athlete I actually could see ending up as a CB

I'll wait till NSD to compare LSU will always get La kids of course but Bama has been taking its fair share this year

Dominate is certainly the wrong word. Alabama competes in Louisiana and has gotten some high end talent the past few years. They do not dominate however...it just appears that way because lsu fans melt down when a kid goes to bama
