Normally a loss this late should put on AJ.. but rewatched the game and besides a few passes earlier on he played his butt off. + everyone else this year loses it.

How is Mason or Marshall at least not in the discussion? Besides losing Chizik and gaining Gus back N. Marshall has been the biggest difference between this year and 9 losses.

Winston from FSU or The running back from Boston college that has rushed for over 2,000 yards coming close to Barry sanders rushing records at OSU.

Winston should get it if he is clean.

If not, JFF

Not that the two situations are comparable, but Cam won it despite the media acting like it was a foregone conclusion that he took money and would be stripped of the trophy. Not only that, he won in a huge landslide.

Winston gets it unless he's charged with the felony prior to the awards ceremony. Innocent until proven guilty.

My vote would still go to the Alabama QB

Probably Winston

He had another good game against Florida, and the kid has played pretty well all year. I thought the first game was a fluke (he went off) but he has put up some big numbers think he has like 30+ touchdowns this year

Just hope he is clean in the sexual assault case

Ok then let's just give it to a noodle arm QB who isn't even a top 5 QB in the country and isn't even top 5th player ON HIS OWN DAMN TEAM.
If you're looking for the best player in the country, it goes to the BC runningback who constantly sees an 8 man loaded box and still is breaking records

AJ is not even the best player on his team much less the country.

AJ is probably in the top 10 on his team though. Doesn't that count for something?

Lol frick no, I'm not against anyone from Bama winning it, but if he's far from being the best player on his own team, why should he get an award given to the best player in the country?

I would vote the award to him as he is a good player, a leader of a great team and appears to be a model student athlete. I see these three reasons why I would give him the award over the Florida State QB

That's viable too and I get what you're saying. It's going to depend on how the voters determine the importance of actual play, stats, wins vs. off the field issues because Winston is well beyond McCarron in play but the off field issues will be a factor

Mason should win at this point. Too many question marks with other people, and while AJ played fine, Bama lost so that probably hurts him. Mason has been so consistent.

In recent years with issues like the Reggie Bush fiasco, I believe Heisman voters should pay closer attention to off the field behavior.

I do agree with you in that the Florida State QB has looked better on the field

Winston will win it but if that allegation that they have mentioned comes down before the Heisman awards than it will go to someone else.
