So said ESPN's Jonathan Coachman after Top Plays No 1.

Surprised the hell out of me that ESPN would allow such disrespect of their boy.

I don't think I heard his entire press conference after the game, but what I did see of it, that was my exact take on it also. I heard Coachman mention that and it tickled me.

I think a lot of people had the opinion that Saban had made several questionable decisions. But, that was a surprise comment for me.

He should have started with the refs..... no movement at all on a good FG, amongst other BS calls.

A high school coach needs help & luck.

Funny. When I listened to his postgame interview immediately afterwards, two of the first things he did was to blame himself and give Auburn credit.

Nick Saban is one of my favorite coaches, but I was disappointed when I listened to his postgame interview and he didn't put the loss on his shoulders. He didn't throw his players under the bus like Urban Meyer, but he made it seem like they should have done this and that when he was the one who put them in a completely needless situation.

Right, because Alabama doesn't get benefits from refs

You are correct, we kick everyones azzez, and don't commit penalties.

Remember ARK VS. FLORIDA a few years ago ?

The fact is every team is taught how to hold legaly, on the inside so EVERYBODY HOLDS in todays game bud, and you know this.

I DON'T LIKE IT (FORMER LB ) BUT IT'S A FACT.

People aren't going to hear what they don't want to hear. Saban could have said AU put it up his arse, and there would folks here screaming, "That Saban a-hole accused Gus of not using any lube!"

I dog cussed him for not kicking the FG ( XTRA POINT ) at the 11 with 5:20 left.

Auburn fans are no nothings in the CFB world, real clueless about the sport, most have the red-headed step child syndrome.

I know only a few who aren't ignorant about football.

Most were black sheep outcast like my wife( I saved her ) when I first met her she was a dittzy red head, now shes a vivacious blonde .......

It's funny how some people hear the things they want to hear and block out the shite that they don't.

players didn't do this, players didn't do that, didn't play like we normally do, kicker didn't kick a 60 yarder like he's supposed to, etc.

OBTW them sucking is ultimately my responsibility so I'm gonna make sure they don't suck next time.
