Frost vs Holland

He just looked so slow to me last night. I could have sworn he was faster and more athletic then what he was last night. Then again, I can only remember the one run with McCarron that he got out run on.

They both leave their feet at the point of attack.

They actually are in the right spot most of the time, but when you leave your feet it is hard to change directions.

I like it when a LB runs and wraps through the ball carrier, but sportscenter ruined fundmental football because the biggest "hits" or "knockout" blows seem to occur when defenders leave their feet to hurl theirself at the ball carrier.

When you "whiff" it makes you look really bad, but good fundamentals won't break top 10 countdown

Frost is just not that athletic. He moves well in straight lines (like running JFF down from behind) but in open space he is pretty bad moving laterally. It's a shame too because he has the size to be a stud. With his frame he should be flying around making plays everywhere. Cass Mckinzy has a lot more weight to carry around and he moves around twice as good as Frost in space. Some ppl are just more athletic than others.
