I know you probably dont want to see me on here for a few days, but just wanted to say the each and every bama fan that I had interaction with yesterday, both in the stadium and out, before and after, acted with great class. It was a great pregame all around, fans legitimately enjoying the atmosphere without the bad that comes from games like this.

You're a cool dude. The game is just a game and I hope you stick around here.

As much as the win pissed me off it seems actually both fanbases are weirdly getting along. Its more pro vs anti Cade Foster threats and LSU fans dickriding.

Was at the game too. Had to sit and watch yall rush the field. Had to deal with A LOT of shitty fans afterward. Let's just say we did not have the same experience.

Yeah, I actually have more respect for AU now. MUCH more than I did in 2010. They climbed in the ring with the champs, went toe to toe for four quarters, and walked out on top. I gotta respect that. Don't get me wrong, I HATE their dramatic finishes and all that BS, but I'm pretty sure it's just because I'm a Bama fan. If I was just watching from a casual, objective viewpoint, I would probably love it.

You know, this is the exact report almost everyone gives after actually attending a game along with Bama fans. Example: PSU and TAM recent bromance with Bama.

Yet Bama gets so many Auburn and LSU fans constantly posting and reposting every negative article they can find that can in any way link to Alabama. I am glad to see an honest fan like yourself being positive! Cheers to you, my friend.

It hasn't been the same experience for quite some

This year felt different, not sure if it was because the magnitude of the game or what.

Well, obviously when you're dealing with 100k people at a game and more than half of them consuming alcohol (just a guesstimate), you're not going to have a 100% success rate on the niceness scale. The important thing is that nearly all the fans are nice, despite less than perfect scenario we place ourselves in (highly emotional environment mixed with alcohol mixed with opposing fans who are also drinking, etc).

Oh I agree, it was just nice to have a great experience, taking the win out of the situation.

I've never had any serious issues with Auburn folks - but with only one or two exceptions, every one of them I know are alums, i.e. educated, professionals.

It's the great toothless whordes on both sides that give us all bad names.

Btw - does that number still work?

Thanks NYC Auburn. Today has been a rather somber and sobering day. Everytime I have been to Auburn (mostly on business) the people were some of the nicest most humble and unassuming folks I have ever met.

Hopefully we will have some more competitive Iron Bowl's in the near future. I also hope an SEC team can be represented in the National Championship this year.

Likewise, I was impressed with my visit. Beautiful campus also, just not the result I would've liked.

Congrats on a great win.

I'm gone through the stages and I'm at acceptance.

Auburn ran the ball on Bama. With a lot of success.

Auburn played good.
