I'm 39 and as far back as I can remember the Auburn program has been to luckiest of all, but luck can only go so far.

Auburn has proved that it's better to be lucky than good.

This has to be the work of the devil himself.

You might want to rethink this OP.

$200k for a "church" I think is where it started. Could be before that, though.

Auburn doesn't sell anything. They simply bought a soul from him along with a few recruits.

I'm calling bullshite. Alabam is the luckiest program IMO. Backing into championships and it always seems the ball bounces their way.

How in the hell can some of you guys say this iron bowl was luck? What about AU putting close to 300 rushing yards? Was that luck? AU stopping the 4th down? What about the two TD passes Louis drops? That's AU leaving 14 points out there too.

The last play was a little lucky that the kick was short BUT... The fatty package was in while attempting a near 60 yrd kick at the last second. There's other elements than luck involved.

So you really think Gus is not a better coach than Terry Bowden?
