I would refer to the image some UGA fans posted on here of the AU OL blocking technique on the deflected TD pass. It might just compare..
Basically, if you have watched ANY SEC football this year, you would have noticed that holding is no longer considered a foul, and has to be beyond egregious and right in the official's face for it even to have a chance of being called. As the OLs have picked up on this, it has become a free for all out there. Hell, I saw one poor DL being held from behind in a literal choke hold in one game.
