seems like there's a strong pattern of players from Monroe going out of state. I wonder what's up with that?

Peters made the SEC all freemen team. He broke his arm this year and missed some time and it has hurt him. I don't know if he would have seen time at LSU but the way our linebackers have played, who knows. The year he graduated was a strong year for linebackers in the state. He would have gone to LSU but from what I can understand we came in very late in the process. I have heard we have been slow to get on board with Gerald McDowell in spite of his praising LSU from day one. I guess it is the nature of the beast. I just hope we don't miss on McDowell, he showed his worth in LSU's camp. At any rate GEAUX Tigers!

That's fine. What I keep hearing from LSU fans about most of them is 'any other year'.
You did offer Ramirez, then wouldn't take his commit. What will likely happen is that Les will whiff on somebody and try to get him late.

Those are the only three Players Arkansas ever got out of Louisiana that LSU needed.
For so many years my Razorback buddies would say something about the Louisiana kids Arkansas got. Never pans out for the Hogs.
