Apparently, he is visiting Auburn for the Iron Bowl this weekend. It was supposed to be somewhat of a secret visit, but I'm not sure who that favors. Now, granted, this could be just a visit for him to get another look at Alabama, but could it actually mean more for Auburn?

In the past, Raekwon McMillan has had good things to say about Auburn, but he then said they were out of the race not too long ago... Which seems weird considering this new information, IMO. He unofficially visited Auburn back on July 19th, and per Auburn people, the visit went well. In my not so expert opinion, this bodes well for Auburn, but we are also in an uphill battle against Alabama, Ohio State, and Clemson...a battle that seems impossible to win.

He is going to watch Alabama play.

Just kidding. Who knows what the hell this kid is gonna do? He favored tOSU throughout much of the process, yet they have seemingly slipped behind Bama and Clemson.

He's had a few Crystal Ball predictions to both of them over the last month.

What's odd to me is that Georgia is not anywhere near the top of his list.

That is pretty weird, but it doesn't shock me when a kid from Georgia leaves the state... They can never seem to keep home talent at home. Alabama and Auburn storm that state.

Obviously, Florida is out at this point. I wonder if Auburn is just taking their place towards the back. Who knows.

Dude has publicly stated Auburn is not the place for him, even though he likes the staff... he's getting a free trip to a big game, not much else IMO.

I know a few people on the Alabama side like our chances with him.

We're doing pretty damn well this year. Plus, the kid would have probably been ours if we had finished what we started and won games down the stretch. He pretty much said if UGA wins and does big things postseason then we'd be right there. I think we would've pulled him had we not had a fricking cursed season.

We keep a pretty good amounr of our talent most years. However this kid never wanted to go UGA. Some kids just want to go out of state..

A lot of kids just want to get out. Not every kid dreams of going to LSU like kids in Louisiana.

Bait? It's fact that Georgia has trouble keeping talent in-state.

Granted, they have a ton of talent they have to keep up with, and other states that love to steal said talent away. Let's take the 2013 for example, though: Georgia only landed 2 out of the state's top 10 players. They got raided.

Georgia has had the worst luck of any team in one season in CFB history.

Feel sorry for them.

We do fine keeping talent in state. Look at our roster.

Last year was rough, I'll admit that. But look at this year. We'll
Have 2 of the best in the state (Chubb and Carter) plus raiding NC for players like Blazevich and Gaillard. Florida for Wynn and Michel. South Carolina for Jacob Park.

Yea, a couple of big name guys may leave the state, sometimes that's uncontrollable. Some kids have no desire to play for UGA because they didn't grow up fans or they aren't even originally from the state.

We're going to have a great class this year, maybe even top 5, with kids form Ga and kids from other states.

Sure, let's cherry pick our worst year. If you count the ten years before we keep 60-70% of our talent.

Auburn has less of a chance than Georgia at this point, if that tells you anything about their darkhorse status.

UGA fell behind when they continued their pursuit of Reuben Foster after he moved. RM felt slighted that Georgia didn't shift their focus to him as an in-state guy. That's all according to quotes from RM.

And about the in-state stuff, I find it funny that the people least concerned about it are the UGA fans. Sure, 2013 was a tough year, but generally we do pretty well.

I think he is more going for the big game than for actual interest in Auburn. Not sure how schools feel about this honestly, but recruits seem to do it often

On McMillan, OSU insiders have felt good about him for over a year. However, they have always said he plays things close to the vest, so no one knows exactly what he is thinking. I still think he comes to OSU, with a great chance to come in and play as a freshman. Urban has developed a relationship with him and I would be surprised, but not shocked, if he doesn't choose OSU at this point

I think it's Bama or Clemson. I just don't think he goes that far away to OSU.

He's made it abundantly clear that he's going out of state, that eliminates AU.
