I'll start. I prefer the climate of Lower Arkansas, I hate the cold and it always gets colder up here.
I like Lake Ouachita better than Beaver Lake.
Hot Springs > Eureka Springs
Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and let's all remember that we should be thankful to be Arkansans, no matter where we live.

I agree. I<3 ALL of Arkansas.
I do like the climate of northern Arky better than the southern, but I prefer colder weather. You can always put on more clothes to keep warm; you can't take them all off to keep cool.

Got a lot of good friends from LA. Most of them live in NWA now. Wonder why?

Even the flatlands between Jonesboro and West Memphis?
Please don't accuse me of bashing Arkansas. I'm not. However, you must admit that there are sections of our states that are rather sad. For example...I freaking LOVE Missouri! But I'd give Iowa northwest Missouri without a thought. It's just awful up there...

Lower Arkansas is a nice buffer between God's country and Louisiana and Mississippi. Can't think of anything else really

NWA has some nice hills and there are a couple of restaurants in Fayetteville that serve real sweet tea.

...and yes the Spring River will make your pee pee shrivel. But damn that's a fun river. Top 5 for canoeing in my opinion.
