As bad as I wanted the BCSCG win, I want this one just as bad. I want to shut up the Bama fans who think they are invincible. I want to shut up the Bama players who think they have a sense of entitlement. And I want to shut up the critics who think our team is just lucky, had all the breaks, and are not that good. Finally, I want this win for what it will mean to the future of our program. This will show that Gus is the real deal, and can go toe to toe with anyone. If will bring in a higher talent crop than what we already have. And it will set is up for a run next season, no matter the outcome of this season. Think for a minute: if we snuck into the BCSCG this year and won, we could end the BCS era and start the playoff era with national championships. I really, REALLY want this win. War Eagle.

I'm so pumped. Catching so much crud from Bammers lately has pushed me further than I already was. I. Want. This. Win.
I believe the whole team deserves this win. I believe, hope, and even pray that they win this. Imagine topping off the regular season like that, and then looking back at last year....I can only imagine what would go through their minds.

I quit my job yesterday and can now focus entirely on the game (unbelievable they were expecting me to be productive this week).
Now I am antsy and just want the game to hurry the frick up and get here.

At the Brooklyn Nets game tonight with AU hat on... Three War Eagles and a Mizzou fan later (Mizzou fan just said you guys need to win)... This night solidifies that I really want to win. It also solidifies that it won't kill me if we don't. It has been a great season. (Nets are getting killed BTW)

On another note, I got a "War Eagle" in October in Narita airport in Tokyo; and another in Chicago O'Hare on the way back home. Nice to see we are global.
