Why do people think LSU is declining?

They're a top tier program in the country with a lot of really good history and they've got some of the nicest fans in the nation. Any coach would be crazy to not accept a job there. With the amount of talent that the state of Louisiana produces LSU is well set up to do extremely well with whoever is their coach. They can easily convince the best players in their state to come play there and be successful.
With all this going for them, not sure how anyone can think that they're declining

Who would want to live in Red Stick if LSU is losing? The second Miles leaves LSU is fricked trying to attract talent there. Look how bad they were before Saban resurrected that program.

because we shite the bed at ole miss. If we hadn't dropped that game there would be no real talk of us declining. We also seem to have some slight gaps in our recruiting for whatever reason, Im not sure how that happened but it did.
