I'm not an expert, but I think if Alabama can stall the AU running game I think this is a very winnable game.

Auburn is a much better running team than any of them, but Auburn won't have as much success as they are used to. They will get some, but not anything near what they average.

I actually like that the game is on the road. We always seem to play more focused away from BDS.

In SEC play, there's only 37 yds a game difference in their rushing numbers.
Au averages 284 rushing in SEC play.
Bama averages 247 rushing in SEC play.

They get an early 2 TD lead on us but we slow them down and slowly pull ahead in the 3rd and then cap off 2 TD's in the 4th and they score a late td in the 4th.

If Bama can get an early lead like the Tenessee game, Bama would have the upper hand and could have that home crowd deflate so much it won't be a factor.
I don't think Auburn is made for comebacks greater than 7 points.

Dammit...that line was the unsung heroes to the 2010 NC team. Without them, no way Cam becomes the phenom he did.

Part of me wants to say that this will be a close game.
On the other hand I feel like I've seen this movie play out before. Coming into the season team x (Miss St of last season comes to mind) has low expectations and they all but mark off the Bama game as a loss. Then the team does better than expected and suddenly it gets to the week of the game and their fans start getting all uppity only to see their hopes come crashing down when reality sets in.
