Can we just hire him as head coach, instead?

I'd pay $2M for him and his recruiting.

I think Bielema will go out and try to find the best possible OC and throw money at him.

Bielema thought he was getting a great OC in Chaney. Last year Tennessee had the 2nd best offense in the league only behind A&M and they were throwing for 400 yards a game on the reg.

I think Bielema wanted to find someone with a different approach to compliment his smash mouth style. It CLEARLY backfired, and instead of meshing their styles it's been like oil and water.

I expect Bret to give Chaney his walking papers after the Lsu game, and will announce a new OC after the bowls are over. Hopefully.

I like this

We'd have to throw a shite ton of money at him though. Pretty sure he's the highest paid OC

Chad Morris isn't coming here unless it is to be the HC.

If you shoot for the moon, even if you miss you're still amongst the stars.

The moon isn't close to any stars except the sun.

Would love Chad Morris, not gonna happen.

We don't need another spread OC to come in here and be told to run a power running scheme. We need to find someone who already has that background.

My preference would be to find someone from the NFL.

Guy turned down the Texas Tech head coaching job last year.
