Bama - Coming in heavy favorites to keep 3 peat chances alive and SEC title game on the line. #1 overall. SEC leading defense. Best coach in the game and coming off a dismal performance vs Miss St can the Tide get it done in hostile enviornment vs a resurgent Auburn. Can Saban corral the Aubirn offense?

Auburn - Home field advantage, pressure to hold serve at home. SEC title game on the line. Chance to end the Bama run at home. Win validates Gus's turnaround even more. Recruits will be in attendance, chance to impress. Nick Marhall arm/decision making vs the Bama defense. Can Gus call a game to fluster the Bama defense?

Bama easily.

Auburn is still turning it around while Bama is expected to win the national title.

The most pressure is on Alabama, but also the experience of playing in a big game.

No-one really expects Auburn to win except the Auburn Family.

nope. season ruined by losing to a rebounding AU team would be humiliating.

You think the team comes out with a "Not in our house mentality" at home? With nothing to lose, you think Gus gus throws everything at Bama with a new gameplan or plays it close to the vest and runs his normal offense and try and keep Nick Marshall from passing alot during the game?

There's more pressure on Bama but they have been in several pressure situations the last few years and have handled it pretty well.

Auburn may win the game but it won't be because Bama folded under the pressure. It will be because auburn outplayed them.

We all know the only team to beat Bama is themselves.

This is a rivalry for the fans, not the players. You are just a game of 14 that needs to be won.

Bama is actually undefeated against other teams, they only beat themselves. And God frowns upon this.

I have said it now for a few days.

Bama may win the west and go on to the SEC Championship game but it won't be as easy as it has been the past few years.

They are going to have to come into Jordan Hare Stadium and earn it. It will not be handed over to them.

For us, absolutely. Our program has evolved to a point where it doesn't matter who lines up against us. Our job is to beat the frick out of them, and move on.

Maybe one day Gus will get yall there.
